Alan Worley launched Money Pages® magazine in Jacksonville in 2001 with a desire to provide an advertising medium for any small business to have affordable access to local marketing. His vision grew to help others have an opportunity for small business ownership. He then launched a model to help Money Pages expand through local owner-operators.
One of the first was Chris Sexton, now director of franchise development, who launched a publication in Greenwood, South Carolina. This magazine provided him the real-world experience to help others launch their own local magazines. While Chris didn’t come from an advertising and sales background, Money Pages provided him a model and system to help him be successful. He now works with our franchise owners to help them grow and build magazines in their local communities. Today, Money Pages is in more than 20 markets and continues to expand each year.
